So far I'm enjoying the information. However the way it's presented (audio and text) is less engaging than if there were video presentations.

Forest Therapy

The course was informative without being stressful. All the information was presented in a clear organized manner. And the final exam touched on all areas that were covered in the text.

Good Content but..

I just find this sort of thing would be best in an actual hands on setting. Of course i have to go out and try these things but still find it hard to grasp some of the pictures being painted. That being siad this course is giving a good foundation to move forward and develop my skills.

Choosing a Forest Therapy course that matched my gifts and passions was very important to me so I followed my hearts guidance and chose Alma Oasis. This course reaches beyond what I was expecting, from educating us on the different species of plants, trees and flowers and their essences, but also energy, and the deeper meanings of what nature offers I am beyond excited to start my journey in offering this form of therapy to others!
