i am a hotelier and forager. I love the forest. Our hotel is in the middle of the forest. The seminar is full of new knowledge for me.

The course was informative and easy to follow. I appreciate the option to read and/or listen. Being able to print up the modules and read along was huge for me. I will definitely be taking another course.

Love all the information that is given in the lectures. And I love I can read and listen to it! I love listening to the lessons again after I read it!! I will have to take more classes
